Joe Anzalone, EVP/Chief Commercial Banking Officer

A 25-year Silicon Valley veteran, Joe Anzalone has broad expertise in operating, advising and financing emerging-growth technology companies. Prior to joining Tech CU, Anzalone served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Banking Officer at New Resource Bank in San Francisco where he was responsible for both the product and services strategy and market development. He also founded Allegiant Ventures, a technology venture fund, and was president and COO of MediaG3, a broadband wireless provider. In addition to his expertise with early-stage companies, Mr. Anzalone's substantial banking experience includes 15 years at Silicon Valley Bank in a variety of executive positions.
Mr. Anzalone is a member of the Silicon Valley Leadership Group and is an advisory board member to Santa Clara University's Leavey School of Business.
Education: BS in Commerce with a specialty in Finance from Santa Clara University.

Brian Evans, VP, SBA/Business Development Officer

Brian Evans has more than 20 years of experience in commercial lending with a particular focus on SBA loans. At Tech CU, Brian focuses on SBA 7(a) and SBA 504 loans. Prior to this, he worked as a vice president at Capital Source Bank, in charge of all SBA business development. He has also held SBA business development positions at Plaza Bank, Small Business Capital, LLC, Vineyard Bank, and Bank of the West.
Brian attended California State University (Chico), where he received degrees in English, Film and Psychology. He was the Executive Producer of Bellflower, a film shown at the 2011 Sundance Film festival.

Hank Noon, VP, Credit Manager, Asset-Based Lending

Hank Noon has over 10 years of experience in financial services and business lending, with a specialized focus on credit risk and asset-based loan portfolio management. Prior to joining Tech CU, Noon served as the auditor and analytics manager for BFI Business Finance, one of the premiere, independent asset-based lending companies on the West Coast. Noon also led operations at Shore Management, a company that specializes in commercial and multi-unit residential property acquisition and management. He also served as auditor for the financial services sector at international accounting and consulting firm Grant Thornton, LLP.
Noon holds a B.S. in Economics with an emphasis in Business Management from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and an M.S. in Finance, with an emphasis in Corporate Finance, from Golden Gate University.

Jason Parsons, VP, Commercial Banking

Jason Parsons has more than 15 years of real estate finance and banking experience, with expertise in providing financing to small businesses through conventional and U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) lending programs.
Prior to joining Tech CU in 2013, he was Senior Vice President, Credit Administrator of Small Business Capital, LLC., a non-bank SBA-regulated lender, overseeing the origination and servicing of a $100+ million portfolio in government guaranteed loans. His past experience also includes time spent at San Jose National Bank, underwriting commercial real estate and construction loans, and at New Century Mortgage Corporation, focusing on wholesale channel account management.
Jason received a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and holds a California Department of Real Estate broker's license. He resides in San Jose with his wife and daughter and enjoys outdoor activities, including mountain biking and hiking.
